Fractal Design Define R2 Titanium Chassis Review

The front panel design is just as Fractal Design have described it themselves, minimalistic yet stunning. First of all it’s a nightmare to photograph, but it’s a thing of beauty. It’s extremely classy and would look very smart in any environment. Situated at the top is a small LED which glows blue when the system is turned on. Aside from this the front is bare with a wonderful titanium coloured reflective finish.

As you can see it’s a fingerprint magnet, but with a little care and attention can be kept looking like new. The rear of the chassis sports 4 holes for routing watercooling tubes, the top of which are positioned to suit the CPU athe bottom tubes positioned for GPU cooling.

The left and right side panels are pretty standard as far as looks are concerned. Both feature an all black finish with a fan grill on the left side being all that differentiates it from it’s partner on the right side.
